Too much rent, but what are you going to do?

The staff is friendly and responsive, and the maintenance crew are good. There are now beer bottles and loud vehicles especially on the weekend. Dog poop is minimal now due to constant reminders of pet owners. Construction next door causes more dirt, and grafitti is now appearing nearby. The rent is about 10% too high for what you get, but what else will you find for less?  Need to rent an apartment?
