Apartment Review for Bermuda Estates Apartment - Sarasota, FL

Cannot wait until my lease is up. Leasing office has an excuse for everything. They don't keep the grounds up (dead palms, huge bug issues, weeds, don't mulch the area well, (do sections only and in a different color), rarely clean the breezeways of the apartments complexes, don't replace or fix the computers in the business center or the stolen video game set in the tot's lot, don't fix the lighting mechanisms on the grills in the grilling area. IT IS NOT gated as advertised. So, people are sleeping next to the garabage dumpster, or on/in their cars in the parking lot, beers cans, and I have found nails and glass behing the tires my car and others. People who do not live on the premise sneak in into the pool late at night and during the day. There is more... but these are some examples of what my family has experienced. I have contacted the leasing office and then called the management company (who doesn't feel it is necessary to return or take calls unless they feel up to it) and nothing happens. Don't live here -- for what you are going to pay in rent, it really isn't worth it.
