Apartment Review for Bermuda Estates Apartment - Sarasota, FL

Extremely poor and rude management. Constantly changing rules upon a whim. Example: parking for my husband's Ford Ranger truck with a commercial decal (it was approved prior to moving in), however, now it can only be parked on the north end of the property and they will only allow them there until the end of a lease. (duh, this is how he makes a living along with many other men here who have commercial vehicles). We could purchase a garage to park it in for an additional $125 per month. No, thanks.

The model is beautiful and makes you want to move in. We were not allowed to see our actual apartment until the day we moved in. First glance it looks nice. However, the construction is so cheap it is pitiful. The water pressure is pathetic. The cabinet draws in the kitchen break constantly. The refrigerator is always causing a problem. Maintenance is terrible. This is just the beginning of the list . . .

The management here hates kids from upper elementary, middle school and high school. They have gradually taken away all of their privileges except the pool (if they are 12 or over, they can go by themselves.). What are the kids supposed to do the rest of the time . . . there is nothing here.

Noise is very bad. Good luck sleeping.
