Everything will fall apart, they will blame you and then send a collection agency for money that you don't owe thretening to ruin your credit.

They give fee money to move in because no one stays on the 3rd floor because there is no water pressure. The dish washer won't work and your laundry will take forever because of the lack of water pressure. The staf will smile and tell you to deal with it.

I had 4 sets of neighbors on my 3rd floor apartment because everyone broke there lease. I was told they would come after me for $4000 if i moved out so I stayed for the duration.

The hurricane water damaged my patio door so they fined me for that. The neighbors think that it's appropriate to yell from the other side of the pond at there kids to come home.

They made up complaints on my apartment after I had moved out to fine me because they couldn't take my deposit because they waived it to get someone to move in.

This place is a trap.
