New management company failed to acknowledge any and all ligit and legally binding lease renewals, stated 'we just need you to resign under our heading.' Once the new lease arrived, not only the final price was different, but there were several new addendums listed on the final pages. Some strategically placed within familiar termonology. I would give this place an A+ if not for the management. Be weary of the free rent sign, for nothing there will come without a price. AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... read carefully what they want you to sign... some of it refers to the waiving of certain renters rights (how cleavily worded it might not seem)
