Apartment Review for Saratoga Place - Sarasota, FL

i have never been to such a crap hole in sarasota. you would think a lovely place on "palmer ranch" would be what you pay for. you can literally hear everything, and you will drive yourself nuts waiting for the next noise, and if your up stairs neighbor has children, your in for one hell of a ride. the management obviously doesnt care, i'm sure they have heard noise complaints many times before. they'll just make up an excuse if you ever were to file a complaint, and take one tenants side. especially the one with children, do not live here.
