Apartment Review for Saratoga Place - Sarasota, FL

I'll try to be as objective as I can... Saratoga Place is a great apartment complex. The grounds are kept up VERY nicely. The gate stays closed during the day (as long as its not broken, which it is on occasion), so I always felt secure. However, the units are pretty noisy. If you don't mind the climb, go for the 3rd floor (they're cheaper too!) so you won't have anyone above you. The office staff is terrible. Besides, having horrible professional etiquette, they really could care less about your situation. What they do care about is making money and filling up the place. When you do try to get something taken care of, you either 1) get stuck with someone who has no idea what they're talking about (Gavin & Laurie) or 2) will do whatever they can to get out of helping you or accommodating your situation (Beth & Cheryl). All in all, its a great place to live as long as you don't have to deal with anyone in the office and you're 100% positive that nothing in your personal situation will change over the course of the lease.
