This place will let ANYONE move in, including dangerous drug addicts with unstable mentalities. Saratoga Place is more concerned with filling vacant apartments than providing a safe place to live. When you call to complain about a THREATENING NEIGHBOR and your concern about your SAFETY, management will say their only responsibility is 'noise complaints'. I WOULD STAY AWAY. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, and takes no action or responsibility for troublesome neighbors. Instead, they leave it your mess to clean up involving the police like some trashy bar with trashy people. Please beware, especially if you have children.
