Apartment Review for The Lexington Apartments - Sarasota, FL

We just moved in and were told that they were bought by a new company. We were told that they will be remodeling. So we will have to wait and see. All of the maintenance people left with the old company and so we had no shower curtain rods, no drip pans for the stove, the screen on our lanai is broken, the air conditioning unit inside is very loud it sounds like it is going to blow up. All of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are warped, old and falling apart. And the list goes on. Hopefully this new company will be different. There are good things about the place. They have a professional pest control service come whenever you want so I don't see how people have problem with bugs. All of the apartments are huge. The lay outs are really nice. My neighbors seem to be quiet. There is a lot of parking. They have a nice little lake. There are two play grounds even though one is falling apart. The location is so close to everything.
