Apartment Review for The Lexington Apartments - Sarasota, FL

I have had my worst 1st apartment experience of my life .The lexington as you know has been remodeled but the roaches still live here and the windows still leak and the air conditioner does not work not to mention the neighbors underneath us are very rude and the office has failed to help the situation of them having 7 parking spots and telling us that there is no assigned parking well i think that is rediculous that there should only be parking for how ever many tenants signed on the lease and then 2 parking spots for guest for up to 2 nights. the music does not end until 2 am so be prepared to live in this sucky apartment. i dont care how much they say its been totally remodeled because they are lying. and i also think that when they say their trying to prevent the bad people from living here they bring more of them in here. not aa safe place for you or your kid also the laundry area is always full you can never do your laundry so have fun wearing dirty clothes . the place is a horror house and the walls have dirt spots allover even though they say they re painted LYERS!!!!!!!!!! take my advice and run as far away from here as you can.
