My roommate and I had some major problems but she says it was the construction people not the office staff. they did help us and fix stuff. We were impressed with the model and then we go to our apartment.....nothing ever looks the same. We still decided to move in and things are going better. I would recommend it first but ask to see a real apartment too.  Need to rent an apartment?
