Apartment Review for The Lexington Apartments - Sarasota, FL

I have lived here at The Lexington for a little over a year. There is a new property manager here that has done alot to change things since I've been here. The office staff is very kind and full of energy. I have never seen them be rude or short with me or anyone else. I really enjoy going into the office to speak with them. The maintenance dept. is also wonderful. They have a few new members as well, and they take care of your problems quickly. It is an apartment community and things do beak..even in a brand new home they do too. They don't bandaid things they fix or replace them. The landscaping is wonderful and lush. It's too bad so many miserable people with nothing positive to say can get on a site like this and trash a community. You can clearly see by the use of wording and grammer that they don't have class, and probably hate the world because life has not gone their way. If you choose to believe some of these reviews go ahead your loss, I however will be renewing my lease again. I'm happy here, my apartment is clean and bug free. The management company and it's employees obviously care about this place.
