Apartment Review for The Lexington Apartments - Sarasota, FL

If u are a renter that wants to constantly have problems..then this is the place for you. Your car will get broken into, your stuff is subject to be stolen and your will either get the front or back window busted out. And not to mention...the office staff don't give a crap..that's why they don't live there..ask one if 3 that work there. Even the maitence guys r smart not live there. They admit themselves that the place ain't kept up well. And God bless you if they actually fix something...they only rig things up. We were fooled into it & we font want neone else to make the same mistake as us. Oh yeah..forgot to mention in just one night..17 cars had windows busted out their cars..think the office cared...nope..they just no that they aren't liable! It took them a whole 3 weeks to alert the other residents in the tenants about this event. You would think they would hire security but..they don't want to of course take the burden cost. Like I said..if you don't mind office staff that could give a care less..and a place that's infested with crime..this is the best place u could ever find. We've lived in several apartments and never had any problems like this one. Trust us...run away from this place! Happy renting.
