TUSCANY GOING CONDOS 2007
Review Date: 6/8/2006
Reviewer: Lgleblanc21@Yahoo.Com

Beware!!! Tuscany means a money well for the owners who are not friendly, well at least the female one "Judy", she's a very cold and numb woman without manners (doesn't know how to reply to a good morning nor how to smile - chill woman). They have a good staff though, they just have to follow and implement the unprofessional rules and terms of the owners.

We found out they were going condo and paper will be signed by June or July 2007, something the owners are keeping from all tenants. If you ask the staff they'll tell you, but you have to ask. Rent was just increased last March 2006, something that leads us to believe that owners are money crazy. Maintenance issues will take months and months based on what the staff considers an emergency and an important issue to be handle within 48 hours. Building are not well kept and clean, specially staiwells, halls. The landscape is only well kept at front of the complex, which get new molding every year but only around the office, first bldgs in the complex, what you see when you first get in.

If you are reading this while considering moving into the Tuscany, I advice you to confront Judy (personally) and ask her about the property going condos as of June or July 2007, what would give you less than a year to live there and still they will ask for all deposits if not more, and try to suck you up for all they can. Ah, by the way, if you move out before your lease period, you won't get your dposits. They will come up with any excuse to keep it. If you brake your lease you'll be charge $1,300 and on top of that they will keep the deposit with the excuse that you broke the lease contract.

I hope that after selling the Tuscany the don't think of buying another property to manage because they are only after money, they have no people's skills. Beware!! KEEP OFF!!
