Apartment Review for The Tuscany - Sarasota, FL

well I had the same experience as the other ex tenants. they kept my deposit and billed me another 300.00 on top of it for alleged repairs... Sorry but they are a bunch of thieves!!! Only they never sent me a certified letter... an error on there part, admited by management, I just got a nasty letter stating they were taking me to court if I didnt pay up... Now you tell me who the con men are! I wonder just how many people are paying out on top of loosing there deposits. I do beleive i see a pattern!!!
