Apartment Review for The Tuscany - Sarasota, FL

WE WENT THERE TO RENT AN APARTMENT AND QUICKLEY CHANGED OUR MIND!! We dealt with the women there that clamied to be the manager but has absolutley horrible! we had asked a question about a speacial they were offering, and that they were ADVERTISING!! on craiglist and apartment guide that DAY! when we asked about them she POINTED not told us but pointed to the price change policy!! When we questioned it and then was told we we called that yes that was correct she told us that maybe that apartment wasnt for us if thats what we assumed. WE ASKED A QUESTION about what they were advertising! Then she gave us the wrong floor plans and and pricing and was not helpful what so ever about showing us around, and then had no homes to show us except for the model, YET they need renters so bad that they had offered current renters a 400 dollar insentive to them if they had a freind move in!! b/c they were desperate and 30 % vacant! but yet she could show us the home??!! She was completley rude and so we decieded to take our happy buts right down to Colonial Grand in Lakewood ranch and have NO problem paying a little more for better service and NICE HELPFUL staff!! so we decided to go there and are willing to pay more for better quaility! You should NEVER have Associates act like that towards potential clients that bring in their income! I was shoked and pissed and its a shame of how nice there apatments are but its not worth dealing with people lilke that!! NOt to mention they day b/4 someone stole a car and went on a rampage in the parking lot hitting cars... HMMMM great service and safety.. NOT glad we chose nice people and management!
