Apartment Review for The Tuscany - Sarasota, FL

Lived there for a coupla years and seen the place go really down. The staff are very rude and condesending and don't concern themselves with the problems around there.PPL let their animals crap everywhere without picking it up so you have to watch when you step on the grass mediums or around the buildings and dogs barking off balconeys make it seem like a downtown slum! Definately don't rent here, i'm leaving soon!
