I lived here for 3 yrs. and just had enough of the bad energy. Cars stolen & broken into, tenent vehicles towed by management staff, landscaping littered with trash & dog feces, office staff that doesn't care, minimal maintenance, no soundproofing or sturdy flooring. the Tuscany looks nice, however behind the facade is an unhappy, uncomfortable tension around The Tuscany.  Need to rent an apartment?
