Apartment Review for Timberchase Apartments - Sarasota, FL

I was just informed that my rent is being increased 150.00 a month. I can't help but wonder why.

Sure, the apartments are nice, the grounds are kept up pretty well, and the staff are quite friendly.

BUT the more recent tennants have been increasingly noisy and messy. On many occasions, I've come out of my apartment to find bottles, cans, and various other trash left in the parking lot and the surrounding grounds. Many people also find it neccessary to drive into the complex with their windows down, blasting music as loud as possible, honking their horns, etc, during the late (10pm + later) evenings. It's also not uncommon to hear groups of people loudly carrying on in the parking lot very late at night.

Honestly, for the reasonable price I *was* paying, I was willing to put up with this. But for 875.00 (for a one bedroom? give me a break!) you could get a nice 2 bedroom apartment in a quieter complex.
