Apartment Review for Timberchase Apartments - Sarasota, FL

Been here for a few years now. At first, quiet complex, privacy respected by neighbors. Then, rent increased considerably and many move outs occurred. Now all of a sudden rude, loud neighbors take up most of our peace and parking!!! Could still be a good place for working college student or single person. Some nice staff others to busy to be bothered. Can't even change your own air filter!!! Agree with "too many people in one apartment". Seems as though we house half of Sarasota. No longer worth what it used to be.
