Apartment Review for Turnbury Park Apartments - Sarasota, FL

These apartments have gone condo, and now back to apt. The management does not care about the well being of thier tenants, by hiring sub-par maintenance. The security is non existant, as they have stopped patrols, and have turned off the front gate, so anyone can drive in. The appearance has not worn off from the previous owners yet. Now they are trying to make up for the failed condo attempt by raising the rents through the roof! Really a shame, as it used to be a great place to live.
