Apartment Review for Turnbury Park Apartments - Sarasota, FL

I've lived here two months (2007) and my biggest complaint is that the hot tub has been broken since I arrived. I've heard from neighbors that it hasn't worked in a year now. Also the gates never work. The front and/or side gates are also open. I heard they lost a large number of tenants when they expected to go condo. The condo conversion never went through so I think they're hurting for tenants and just don't have the money or incentive to fix these things. So for the money it's not worth it.
