Apartment Review for Turnbury Park Apartments - Sarasota, FL

well two of my tires got slashed since i moved here, my boyfriends and my neighbors downstairs. and his car got keyed too.the management at the office said its not their resposibility to provide security and lock the gates. thereare no utilities included , unlike other places. but they will threaten to evict you if you 30 dollar water bill is a couple months late. you can here all your neighbors through the walls and people down at the pool screaming at all hours of the night. speaking of the pool thats always crowded and noisy, on the weekends they do not clean at all and i dont think they ever clean the hottub. we went down there on the weekend and there was all this duck poo in the pool. alot of the equipment in the gym not operatable. i think in march im going to have to move this time when the lease is up. and they havent painted mine since i moved in . fire ants and roaches a big problem and the will not send the exterminator up until you call and complain that your being eaten alive by a thousand fire ants. yeah. and they renewed me at 1095. i think thats still much more than they should charge considering.
