Apartment Review for Turnbury Park Apartments - Sarasota, FL

We have been here since February. It's cheaper than the house we moved out of from another state. It's a bit spendy for those without a good job here, though. We have a garage in our building. The kids haven't seemed to complain much. Sure, the gate is often broken and when it's closed, the side one usually isn't so what is the point? I don't care for the A/C of the place but I've been in Iraq and it's a LOT cooler here. We have a nice lake view. The pool tile could use cleaning and the grates replaced but ppl should also be careful and be watching their kids. PPL need to take responsibility for their own living quarters. Sure, you pay rent, but that doesn't excuse you from being a good neighbor and picking up your dog poo and trash. We like it here. It's much safer than the big city we moved from.
