Apartment Review for University Club Apartments - Sarasota, FL

I really love my apartment at University Club. I have lived here for almost 3 years and have had no complaints! I have has several maintanence requests and sometimes, as in other complexes too, have sometimes had a slow response now and then but in the end things get taken care of. (the maintanence men arent the greatest) I think the management team does want to keep our complex clean and good but its hard because the people who live here dont seem to have pride in their homes. Is that University Clubs fault???? The only other thing I have to say is if you want NO NOISE at all----rent/buy a HOUSE. Apartments arent 100% noise free. Walls are thin and ceilings too. My husband has flat feet and walks with a "hard foot" and the lady downstairs has complained to the office. What can we do?? Think about that before you rent an appartment with someone living above you.........If you are familiar with apartment living and understand that you may hear your neighbors walking, laughing, or maybe dropping something now and then---then University Club Apartments are a WONDERFUL place to live!!! If you need QUIET 100% of the time.....rent a house
