Apartment Review for University Club Apartments - Sarasota, FL

Well Ive lived here for almost 3 months and I absolutely hate it. Kids are constantly running around screaming and the walls sound like they are about to break through you can hear everything and no one in the complex has respect for anyone. The person who lives about me actually came beating on my door and threaten me and called me racist words and came into my house along with 2 other people behind her I immediately called the police and management and NOTHING was done. She is still living above me and she has about 6 kids living upstairs the noise gets so bad here i need to leave. I would never renew my lease and its the most low class place ive ever seen. If you throw a trash bag and it doesnt make it in the trash just 100% correctly they fine you 75 dollars they try to get money anyway the can. And i would never leave my door unlocked for longer than 1 minute because its more than 120% likely to get robbed. My boyfriends car was ransacked and also my roomates car was broken into. I would never recommend anyone to live here and there are roaches and bugs everywhere
