Apartment Review for University Club Apartments - Sarasota, FL

noise.. .well duh its an apartment building for FAMILIES.. FAMILIES .. mean kids so if they are out running around and screaming... get use it and by the way that is in the day light hours so nothing much you can say .. as to noise at night I have been at UCA for about 3 years and only noise I have heard is occasionally people walking but again this is an apartment you are going to hear neighbors walking or what ever. Parking ... not the best but I will stress again its an apartment if you want a parking spot at your door BUY OR RENT A HOUSE. and as to it being ghetto you haven't seen ghetto have you . try seeing Cabrini Green in Chicago and you will think that UCA is a paradise. I wont say they are the best place I have ever lived but they could be much worse from what I have seen .. if you don't believe that take a drive down New Town.
